Eruptive syringoma is characterized by skin-colored, small papules that are very rarely seen. The lesions are benign; treatment is often unsuccessful. Recent investigations have suggested the role of autoimmune response rather than reactive proliferation for acrosyringium in the pathogenesis of eruptive syringoma. Although the association of syringoma with diabetes mellitus, alopecia areata in support of autoimmunity has been reported in the literature, there has been no report on coexistence of eruptive syringoma with vitiligo so far.

Eruptif siringoma, nadir görülen, gövde ön yüzünde yerleşim gösteren, peripubertal dönemde ortaya çıkan, küçük, deri renginde papüllerle karakterizedir. Lezyonlar benigndir ve tedavi yöntemleri genellikle başarısızdır. Son incelemeler eruptif siringomanın patogenezinde akrosiringiumu hedefleyen reaktif proliferasyondan çok otoimmün yanıtın rol aldığı yönündedir. Otoimmünite lehine diabetes mellitus, alopesi areata ve siringom eşliktelikleri literatürde bildirilmiş olmasına rağmen erüptif siringoma ve vitiligo eşlikteliği bugüne dek bildirilmemiştir.
Burada 29 yaşında bilateral meme başı vitiligo ve eruptif siringoma tanısı alan kadın olgu sunulmaktadır.
